Kristina Archer

Kristina Archer is the founding member of the Law Office of Kristina Archer and a member of the Ontario Bar. She earned her JD in the French Common Law program at the University of Ottawa in 2016 after graduating with an International Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Glendon College, York University.

Prior to practising immigration law, Kristina practised Criminal defence, helping clients through complex criminal issues and representing them in the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court. This invaluable experience helps Kristina when formulating arguments and assisting clients with their immigration cases.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys writing, crocheting, travel, and meeting new people. She is fluent in French and English.
